• Delivery within Kerala: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• Delivery across India: Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
• Free shipping may be available on selected products or for orders above a certain value, as per ongoing promotions.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Address Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

3. Non-Serviceable Areas: If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a cancellation/refund.

5. Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
6. Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, our courier partner may attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed deliveries.
